**Travel Sales Consultant**:
Baltic Travel Company is looking for a new Travel Consultant to join our growing business.

We’re a small travel company, specialising in bespoke travel and package holidays to the Baltics, the

Nordics, and Eastern Europe. We are based in Hammersmith W6, London, UK.

Our aim is to offer 1st class service to our clients throughout the process of enquiring, booking a holiday to travel and returning home.

We pride ourselves in meeting and exceeding our customers’ needs through our specialist knowledge, close relationships with our local suppliers and ability to build fully bespoke and personalised travel itineraries.

**Essential**:

- You have a proved track record working directly with destination suppliers
- You have a proven track record managing the sales process and administrative elements from initial enquiry through to post-sales activities
- You are fluent in English, both oral and written
- You’re comfortable working in an agile office environment, where the needs of your clients are always met and exceeded
- You have business acumen and understand how to meet and exceed sales targets and profits
- You are proficient in Microsoft 365 incl. Word, Excel and OneDrive
- You are detail oriented and can manage administrative tasks associated to all sales activities to the highest standard

On the above we’d expect 2+ years of experience.

**Desirable**:

- Native or bi-lingual in 2nd or 3rd language, ideally such as a Baltic or Nordic language
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar in International Tourism, Tourism Management, or other related education an advantage

**Employment package**:Pending experience from 26,000 plus sales commission
