Are you an experienced customer service coordinator with great communication and organisational skills? We need a person to plan and deliver field service interventions on our vehicle fitted hardware, ensuring the customers needs are met at all times, whilst optimising resources.
This is an exciting opportunity we offer a part-time, permanent role to join our small but growing team in Cambridge. We can offer office based or Hybrid Working and real flexibility. c-trace are an innovative supplier of specialist systems to the recycling and waste management and clean technology sectors. Our products and services are market leading information and logistics tools aimed at gathering and monitoring vehicle operations. We produce bespoke software and hardware to our customers requirements.
To help understand our product range the ideal candidate will have a commercial vehicle electronic/electrical background, energy and a willingness to learn.
As part of our customer service team, you will have a vital role in establishing needs and forming actions to resolve mechanical and electronic issues on field based equipment.
Monitor and act on service correspondence and distribute electronic service request forms to customers as needed.
Deliver the appropriate resources to execute the request and resolve the issue, planning in with an overview of logistic efficiency and time spent.
Maintain a productive two-way dialogue with the customer throughout the service process, keeping them informed at all times.
