Part-time PA required to join a successful, growing property technology firm based in Imperial Wharf, in Chelsea, for 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Joining a small, friendly, hard working team, with exciting growth plans, you will need strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills, and the ability to liaise confidently with clients at all levels.

This is an opportunity for an experienced part-time PA with an interest in technology that would love to learn and develop new skills in project coordination. Supporting the Founder with PA tasks, you will assist with project coordination, liaising with clients and operations within a growing business.

PA skills:

  • Highly efficient and organised
  • Accurate attention to detail, with strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong client liaison skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and coordinate multiple projects
  • Great team player, with a positive can-do attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

PA responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Founder/MD to assist with organisation and operations within the business
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and queries
  • Processing expenses
  • Attend client meetings with the Director, take minutes and circulate action points
  • Placing orders for projects
  • Liaising with clients, updating project details and information, feedback and comments
  • Manage communications with a variety of stakeholders
  • Track project timelines
