We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Internal Sales Representative to support a Client Manager/ Director in providing a seamless and professional service to our customers. You will have many day-to-day responsibilities including quoting, CRM and order management as well as be the first point of contact for our customers with enquiries.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Senior Internal Sales Representative

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Responding to customer needs and requirements

· Quoting and pipeline management

· Order and backorder management with customer inventory control

· CRM management to maintain accurate records of customer contact

· Managing inbound customer enquiries

REQUIREMENTS: Senior Internal Sales Representative

The successful candidate needs a minimum of ten years’ experience of being an internal ideally in a similar sized IT reseller working with account directors. You should also have excellent people, administration and communications skills and will need to engage with customers about a variety of issues on a daily basis.
