Senior Business Development Manager South / South Central Location (Home Based Contract) Salary up to £75k + Commission This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join one of the UK's leading specialist lending firms offering Bridging & Buy-to-Let finance. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing relationships with mortgage intermediaries, professional introducers and direct applicants in order to originate new lending opportunities in line with company budgets and growth plans. Experience needed: Strong knowledge of bridging finance and Buy-To-Let finance Excellent sales and presentation skills Proven track record of success in a sales environment Strong negotiation skills, ability to persuade others and handle objections Technical product knowledge in order to facilitate and agree deals.
