This role will ensure clients receive top-notch service, all cases are handled efficiently and professionally from conception to resolution including supervising secretaries, ensuring high-quality standards and service are always maintained.

Manage regulatory cases from client enquiry to completion, adhering to departmental procedures and maintaining high standards.
instruct Counsel and experts as needed and ensure financial arrangements are in place.
Representation: Represent clients at various hearings, including interim orders, fitness to practise and internal disciplinary hearings.
Advisory Role: Provide advice on appeals to the High Court, Judicial Reviews and disciplinary investigations for regulated clients and university students.

A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) and relevant admission as a solicitor in the UK
Prior experience in regulatory law or professional discipline with a track record of successfully representing clients at hearings and disciplinary investigations.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, precise legal documents and correspondence.
Contract type: Permanent
