Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regulatory cases from initial client inquiry through to resolution, ensuring adherence to departmental protocols and maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Supervise support staff to guarantee that all services are delivered with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
  • Engage Counsel and experts as necessary, ensuring that all financial arrangements are appropriately established.


Client Representation:

Act on behalf of clients during various hearings, including interim orders, fitness to practice assessments, and internal disciplinary proceedings.


Advisory Functions:

Offer expert guidance on appeals to higher courts, judicial reviews, and disciplinary inquiries for regulated professionals and university students.


Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) and valid admission as a solicitor in the UK.
  • Demonstrated experience in regulatory law or professional discipline, with a proven history of effectively representing clients in hearings and investigations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and precise legal documentation.
