About the Role:

DiverseJobsMatter is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Risk Assistant to join our Business Acceptance Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Firm's compliance with regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze conflict and confidential information issues in accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority ('SRA') Code of Conduct 2019.
  • Deliver high-quality advice and guidance to the Firm across all aspects of legal and commercial conflicts of interest.
  • Process and analyze conflict search results, conducting legal and commercial analysis of potential conflict and confidentiality issues.
  • Deal with compliance-related queries with supervision.
  • Undertake project work in relation to BAU workflows, monitoring systems, and controls.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of complex areas of law and ability to apply relevant legal and commercial knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with partners and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Software (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience of using Intapp is preferable.
