Our client, an established insurance specialist, seeks an Operational Resilience Specialist with expertise in business continuity to reviews and manage organisational resilience adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Managing and delivering analysis of Business Continuity Management to meet external and internal legal and regulatory requirements
Managing the compliance of organizational resiliency, regulatory and relevant policy requirements and support implementation activities
Delivers new controls and procedures in response to areas such as changes in regulation/legislation, feedback from the business, operational risk and technology changes
Reviewing of all policies, procedures and checklists to ensure they are robust, scalable and meet the business requirements as it continues to evolve
Facilitates scenario testing activities in line with scenario testing requirements
Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)
London office
Up to £70,000 depending on experience with bonus and wider benefits
Experience delivering and writing Resilience exercises
