**Role**

We are looking for an individual who will co-report to the CIO of Europe and Global Head of Technology Risk. This Technology Risk role is primarily responsible with leading our day-to-day Operational Resilience activities which include overseeing/driving the development, review, monitoring and reporting of critical business services. These activities focus on conducting risk assessments of CBS working with the Business areas, conducting/supporting regular testing and inspection of processes, building/enhancing MI with each domain area, working to understand/enhance the control environment, evaluating strengths & weakness within existing controls being supported by audit, providing education regarding Operational Resilience across the firm Globally to continuously embedded in the organization, reporting regularly to Risk management group and Local and Regional Boards on Critical Business services activities and assessment of environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prior undertaking of resilience program including identifying, setting tolerances, mapping and testing of IBS
- Undertaking of a testing program
- Management of a global framework, including knowledge of FCA, DORA, MAS and ASIC regulations
- Ability to simplify resilience information for management
- Able to speak to board members as well as organize senior management meetings
- Deep knowledge of technology risk and resilience
- Ability to work independently and with a small team to assist
- Development of MI reporting across all the Domains globally

**Requirements**:

- Deep understanding of UK regulations regarding resilience (Op res paper, outsourcing papers etc.)
- Awareness of international regulations regarding resilience such as DORA, ASIC, MAS
- Prior experience of developing and running a resilience program at another financial institution including identifying, mapping, testing and setting impact tolerances for CBS’s
- Good risk management knowledge, in particular around technology risk and systems.
- Experience of working across divisions and teams as well as being able to present to different stakeholders including the Board
- Ability to develop documentation independently or with a very small team supporting
