This role will be mainly to support the Payroll Manager in the processing of multiple international payrolls and one UK payroll and to assist with any associated ad-hoc tasks. The role may also include the processing of employee expenses for payment via payroll.
Processing of multiple monthly and bi-monthly international payrolls using various payroll systems and international payroll providers
Assist in the processing of one UK payroll
Deal with payroll queries from employees
Assist the Payroll Manager with ad-hoc administration tasks
Processing of UK and international employee out of pocket expenses for payment via payroll
Minimum of one years’ experience working within a Payroll environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
