Margin reports on sales orders
Liaising closely and proactively with internal teams to ensure orders are being progressed as planned & packing lists are provided in a timely manner
Raising commercial invoices
Checking orders against packing lists
Investigating errors on packing list with production
Handling customer issues and enquiries in a timely manner via email and phone
Entering customer orders accurately ensuring all orders are entered within one working day

Proven experience in a sales support, order processing, or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
In this role, you will be the linchpin of the sales process, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service from start to finish.
