**The Job**

The role of Branch Administrator/Sales Assistant is interesting and versatile. Customer facing with telephone duties including dealing with buyers and sellers and solicitors combined with accompanying property viewings and providing secretarial support to the busy team with duties including producing property details, managing stationery, organising our window display and letter writing.

**The Profile**

To be considered you will need strong secretarial ability, honesty, enthusiasm and good communication skills both face to face and via the telephone. As a representative of our company, you must have a winning and friendly personality and be immaculately presented. You should have good numerical and literacy skills and be organised with a great attention to detail.

A team player some previous customer facing and secretarial experience would be an advantage.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 31.75 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
