Priority Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join their Alton team. As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising with prospective clients, taking customer enquiries, and liaising with the sales team to raise quotations.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with prospective clients for information
  • Taking customer enquiries, liaising with sales team, raising quotations
  • Supplier liaison and purchase order placing
  • Keeping HubSpot CRM up to date
  • Arranging/taking customer deposit payments and ensuring accuracy of invoicing
  • Dealing with travel arrangements, diary management, e-mail response, general logistical oversight including export documentation
