As our Meetings & Events Operations Manager , you will receive:

The role of the Meeting & Events Operations Manager is to lead the day-to-day operation from an organisational perspective, whilst running a busy Meetings and Events department. The M&E Operations Manager will lead the Events Operations Team by supervising all full time and agency staff to ensure a smooth & efficient running operation.
We are looking for a M&E Operations Manager who:
- Help guests and support guests to ensure their event is as expected and is a memorable day
- Organises and schedule all Meeting & Events according to specific requirements
- Will oversee and manage productivity of payroll, expenses, cost of sales, par levels and general stock control in line with financial procedures
- Manages day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help improve team member’s performance
- Will take responsibility for the successful running of all events
- Has previous experience as an M&E Operations Manager or M&E Supervisor in a hotel
