We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Professional to join our central Learning & Development Team over a fixed term period of 12 months based in our Head Office in Glasgow City Centre.

This opportunity is ideal for a passionate and outgoing individual who is looking to grow within an L&D function gaining exposure to a range of L&D activities including Training Delivery & Co-ordination, Learning Technology, Employee Engagement and much more.

As a Learning & Development Partner you will be dealing with the:
Designing, implementing and managing learning and development initatives.
Collaborate with Hotels and Cross Functional Teams to identify training needs
Conduct engaging training sessions
Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs
Be commercially aware of costs connected to training initiatives
Support in Talent Development and identifying future talent
Identifying key training requirements

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Willing to travel to our Hotel properties in the UK
Previous experience in Learning & Development is desirable
