The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team at Hymans Robertson. This role will involve working closely with business leaders to understand their plans and challenges, and delivering key elements of our learning and development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop targeted learning solutions
  • Design and deliver learning programmes, both in person and virtually
  • Deliver individual and team coaching to support employee growth and development
  • Build relationships and networks across the firm to promote a culture of learning and inclusivity
  • Stay up to date with leading-edge people ideas and practices to inform our learning strategy

Requirements

  • Experienced L&D professional with a passion for learning and growth
  • Track record of delivering learning and development interventions
  • Qualified coach and experienced team facilitator
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritise effectively across competing demands and stakeholders
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to demonstrate care for colleagues
