The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to join our award-winning team at Hymans Robertson. This role will see you contribute to the design and delivery of strategic learning initiatives, working closely with inspiring leaders across our business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their plans and challenges, and develop targeted learning solutions to address these needs.
  • Deliver key elements of our learning and development strategy, including leading on a variety of projects and initiatives.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs, both in-person and virtually, to drive business outcomes and growth.
  • Provide individual and team coaching to support the development of our people and teams.
  • Build relationships and networks across the firm to ensure that learning is accessible and inclusive for all.
  • Stay up-to-date with leading-edge people ideas and practices by tapping into thought leaders and scholars in learning, psychology, and human resources.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as an L&D professional, with a passion for learning and growth for self, others, and the firm.
  • Track record of delivering learning and development interventions, including virtual and in-person programs.
  • Qualified coach and experienced team facilitator, with a focus on building awareness and driving business outcomes.
  • Experience using psychometrics to help build awareness, with individuals and groups.
  • Keen understanding of developments in psychology, leadership, and digital learning.
  • Application of key people development frameworks and methodologies.
