I have been retained by my Blackburn based client to lead the search for an exciting new role as Head of HR for the UK business. You will be part of the UK Leadership Team and a key member of the Global HR Team.
As Head of HR, UK you will:
# Coaching & guiding various client groups including Sales & Commercial as well as Central Functions.
# Handle talent planning, attraction, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
# Implement and continuously improve HR processes.
# Support leadership on talent development & training programmes, including the development of overseas colleagues.
# Manage projects.

This is an exciting & rewarding opportunity for a proven senior HR generalist looking to make an impact in an established and successful business going through a period of change & growth.
To be considered for this role you will be a proven HR Generalist in a Head of HR role or equivalent, with experience of supporting global regions/working with global teams and experience of organizational & culture change.
My client is looking for a solutions-focused & commercially astute Head of HR, with sound business partnering and relationship building skills and experience of working in a variety of industries and complex structures. In addition, you will have some project management experience as well as process improvement.
This role will suit an individual who enjoys a blend of hands-on and strategy in a standalone role/with a small team.
Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance and bonus.
