Certification Body Audit Coordinator
Based - Remote working, with occasional travel to the Reading office.
Location – Based within Commuting distance of Reading Office
Reporting to: Certification Manager

Role Overview:
As a Certification Coordinator, you will interact with customers, auditors, partners, and the team at International Associates Ltd. This position demands proactivity, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility within a supportive and friendly team environment. It provides the opportunity to engage with a diverse group of contacts and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities:
Certification Process:
Oversee the certification process from organising audits to issuing certificates.
Coordinate with auditors for audit organisation.
Send reports to reviewers and decision-makers.
Act as a point of contact and support for UK Auditors.
Ensure the accuracy of audit report packs.
Handle the main point of contact enquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain internal reporting tools.
Regularly update files on databases to ensure all steps are completed within designated timeframes.
Maintain client records for UK and overseas offices, setting up and creating new records in in-house software tools.
Liaise with Regional Offices, providing feedback on certification files in progress.
Manage the issuance and termination of certificates.
Address queries and errors effectively.
Reporting:
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the audit planning.
Maintain records and documentation effectively.
Ensure audits are booked within set timeframes.
General Office Support:
Answer telephone inquiries and provide basic information.
Provide general support to the team.
Experience:
Essential:
Proven experience working within a Certification Body.
Proven experience within an operation environment of a Certification Body
An understanding of certification processes and client management.
Key Competencies:
Proficient in computer use, especially Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint; additional training for other office tools will be provided.
Strong, soft skills to develop and maintain business relationships with clients and partners.
Detail-oriented, thorough, well-organized, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer service oriented, both externally and internally.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills.
