Part of MAG Group (the UK’s largest Airport Group), CAVU is a global organisation that provides revenue generating solutions for airports around the world. We have a large focus on digital technology and ecommerce - utilising advanced data insights, digital platforms, and new and emerging technologies to ensure that we remain an ever-evolving engine house of ideas and innovation. Our core focus is to create commercial value for our B2B partners. Our eCommerce platforms enable passengers traveling through an airport to book and pay for products from across the customer journey (parking, transfers, hotels etc). We also provide other commercial services, such as revenue management and digital marketing. Online product distribution is also a large part of our business. All in all – we focus on maximising non aeronautical revenue for our global airport clients.


The Role


The Affiliate Marketing Executive will be responsible for the daily administration, campaign planning and performance optimisation for our UK airport service brands, while maintaining current affiliate partner relationships and growing the existing CAVU affiliate programme.


The perfect candidate should be data driven and with a keen eye providing the support in campaign creation, affiliate relationship management, performance analysis and optimising performance to meet agreed revenue targets and KPI’s for the channel.


Key tasks and responsibilities


  • Responsibility of the daily running of multiple affiliate campaigns.
  • One of the key points of contact for CAVU's Affiliate partners.
  • Strong professional relationships with all existing affiliate partners whilst building new affiliate relationships.
  • Agreed KPIs for Traffic, Revenue and COS where appropriate.
  • Carry out testing and report back to the wider team on key learnings.
  • Look for ways to automate, optimise and improve efficiency across all affiliate journeys.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports on key metrics and KPIs, recommending improvements where appropriate.
  • Interpret data to identify key opportunities.
  • Report on competitor activity.


The ideal candidate should have:


  • 1-2 years’ experience in Affiliate Marketing - experience in a similar role within Affiliate and/or Partnership marketing.


  • Communication - excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.


  • Knowledge of Partnerize, and key reporting like Google Analytics - experience using Affiliate platforms required, preferably the affiliate program Partnerize. Google Analytics IQ desired but not essential.


  • Organised and able to multitask - highly organised and able to work on multiple affiliate programs across a number of different products and markets.


  • Commercially Focussed - evidence of successfully meeting or exceeding set targets/KPIs.


  • Microsoft office - excellent excel skills and competent using Word, PowerPoint and other relevant software packages.


  • Digital Marketing Landscape - an interest in continually learning about online marketing developments and opportunities preferably in the Affiliate marketing industry.
