Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global affiliate marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate programs across multiple markets, including budget planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Lead a team of affiliate marketing professionals to execute activity, drive forward the channel, and provide opportunities for learning and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and business intelligence, to align affiliate marketing with wider business priorities and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate network account teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to drive the channel forward.
  • Monitor and analyze performance against key KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize affiliate marketing performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, including new technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to ensure the affiliate marketing channel remains competitive and effective.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field at a manager level.
