We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our global affiliate programs across multiple markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness through affiliate marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global affiliate marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize affiliate programs across multiple markets, including budget planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Lead a team of affiliate marketing professionals to execute activity, drive forward the channel, and provide opportunities for learning and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and business intelligence, to align affiliate marketing with wider business priorities and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate network account teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to drive the channel forward.
- Monitor and analyze performance against key KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize affiliate marketing performance.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, including new technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to ensure the affiliate marketing channel remains competitive and effective.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field at a manager level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including affiliate marketing, social media, and email marketing.
