About NeonDaisy

NeonDaisy is a Bristol-based social enterprise working with neurodivergent girls and gender non-conforming young people and their families. We run neuro-affirmative autistic-led groups for young people to connect with others as their true selves, as well as helping parents and professionals to be allies to neurodivergent young people.

We’re committed to helping our neurodiverse team to bloom; this is at the heart of everything we do. The Operations Coordinator will have a critical role in enabling this.

Role summary

This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the wellbeing of autistic young people through your efficient behind-the-scenes coordination. This role would suit someone who’s interested in taking on some vital responsibilities in a small, friendly and very supportive team.

You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of two of our creative youth groups for autistic young people which run between September and March. You’ll create and work to a project plan so the groups run efficiently and on time. This will involve coordinating our team of neurodivergent group facilitators and our partners, along with liaising with parents over the phone and on email.

As well as this, you’ll support with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the business runs efficiently.

You’ll be a pragmatic person who enjoys mediating different viewpoints and information to find the best way forward. You don’t tend to get bogged down in detail, but you do like to see your projects through from start to finish.

You’ll also be an adaptable communicator. You stay calm and collected if something unexpected is thrown into the mix, and you’re always interested in exploring more efficient ways of doing things.

This is an exciting role for someone who’s super task-driven but also interested in having a hands-on role in the growth of a dynamic and ambitious social enterprise.
