Workspend is expanding sales teams rapidly and we are looking for a Director of Sales who will be responsible driving sales with Enterprise customers globally across UK and other EU countries. Looking for innovative and creative individuals with very strong motivation looking to move to next level in their careers. The resources will work closely with our solutions and operations leaders to offer our prospective clients innovative and modern total workforce solutions and strategies. We are looking for aggressive resources that are passionate about this industry and looking to be a game changer for the industry.


The candidate will be responsible to develop and drive engagement with enterprise clients nationwide and work closely with marketing team to grow our presence in the market. The resource will participate in various industry events to drive customer/prospect engagement. The candidates need to have strong analytical skills to understand customer problems from an overall scope and provide them initial ideas to improve their objectives from their contingent workforce programs. Work closely with our solutions team to drive ongoing customer engagement including discovery workshops etc. It is a great opportunity for candidates who have the drive to be successful and are looking for a perfect platform to achieve professional and personal goals. Requirements:


  • The candidates should have minimum 5-8 years' experience selling and managing sales process in the staffing/MSP/VMS industry. Candidates with consultative staffing sales background with strong analytical/solutioning skills looking to grow to next level in their careers selling innovative enterprise workforce solutions are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Should be able to engage with clients and present our innovative and creative solutions.
  • Experience working in a well-defined sales process using CRM and strong focus on maintaining detailed documentation of the entire sales cycle. Should be focused on driving data driven outcomes.
  • Work with the RFP/proposal team to draft effective responses for the bids.
  • Ability to present effectively to key stake holders and large presentation teams.
  • Ability to forecast and target prospective opportunities with appropriate sales strategies.
  • High energy levels with strong motivation to succeed.
  • Should have extensive experience engaging with Procurement, HR leaders and other senior client stake holders. Should have excellent networking and social skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task.
