We’re a leading provider of exceptional holiday experiences, dedicated to creating memorable moments for families and retired couples alike. Nestled in a serene countryside location, our park offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for holidaymakers.

We are seeking a proactive and caring individual to join our team as the Holiday Home Park Manager. Whilst we value years of experience, our priority is to find the right fit for our company; so are happy to meet individuals with initiative and a passion for guest satisfaction, even if they have less management experience. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to ensure you operate with confidence and efficiency

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our park, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and the smooth functioning of all facilities. Your primary focus will be maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, cleanliness, managing staff, driving sales and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

This is a weekend position that involves working during the season, where weekend availability is essential. In-season schedules require weekend commitment, with flexibility for mid-week days. This means you may work Thursday to Monday, Tuesday to Sunday, or Friday to Tuesday.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact positively with customers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in sales, marketing, and basic business administration (training provided).
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards applicable to the hospitality industry (training provided)
  • The nature of the industry is that weekend work is required during the season, but this is flexible out of season
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role within the tourism and leisure industry

What will your role look like?

  • Operations Management: Supervise and manage all aspects of the park's operations, including facilities, landscaping, and infrastructure maintenance
  • Customer Services: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by providing a warm welcome, addressing inquiries and complaints promptly, and maintaining a welcoming environment throughout the park
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a dedicated team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a cohesive and efficient workforce
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, along with adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to attract new customers whilst enticing existing ones to upgrade, contributing to the park's growth and successSales & Admin: Collaborate with the sales team, assist with inquiries, answer phone calls, return customer emails, and proactively follow up on sales opportunities. Manage all relevant admin in sales, insurance, and holiday home management
