About Salesforce

We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

Salesforce Spiff is the industry leading modern Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solution. Salesforce Spiff empowers commission admins, sales professionals/leaders, and both Finance and Revenue teams with real time commission visibility, leading to transparency and trust across our customer organizations. We replace spreadsheets and outdated technology to improve how revenue organizations drive results and outcomes through better aligned sales behaviors.
Combine today’s global economy with a mobile workforce and you get a lot of moving parts. CRM alone can’t help you answer the critical business questions: How does my revenue growth strategy need to be built to grow? What incentive structure will drive these outcomes more efficiently? How can I ensure there is clarity in objective and visibility for my sales and finance teams around their goals and incentive plans to drive these results? Salesforce Spiff leverages CRM data to drive improved behaviors, decision making and self-management of the commission process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a full-lifecycle sales process, prospecting customers via phone, email, referrals, LinkedIn, Salesforce relationships, partners, etc.
Identify appropriate business contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through product demonstrations and presentations with Director, VP, and C Level prospects
Manage accounts and contacts within Salesforce.com through the entire sales lifecycle
Respond to customer inquiries and requests
Establish and maintain long-term relationships to enhance future revenue opportunities
Ability to match our sales process with customer buying processes
Able to be in territory 1-2 times per month, up to 4-5 days at a time

Desired Skills:
5+ years of technology-based sales experience
B2B experience in the Software / SaaS environment preferred
Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce.com
Proven track record of consistently delivering at and above quota
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in other European languages, Spanish, French or German is preferred
