Job Title: Head of Salesforce
Salary: up to £85,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
Location: Cambridgeshire Area, UK (On-site, 5 days a week)

Your Role:
As the Head of Salesforce, you’ll be right in the heart of the office, connecting with colleagues, solving problems, and leading our Salesforce strategy every day. This is a unique opportunity to not only shape our Salesforce roadmap but to see the direct results of your efforts and leadership in real time. You’ll be leading a dedicated team, delivering solutions that push our business forward, and building meaningful, face-to-face relationships with both internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- On-Site Leadership: Drive their Salesforce vision and execution from the office, providing daily guidance, support, and mentorship to the team.
- Solution Design: Work closely with business leaders and teams to design and deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that meet evolving needs.
- Platform Optimization: Ensure the Salesforce environment is optimised, secure, and set up to deliver top performance.
- Hands-On Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams in real time, making it easy to connect, communicate, and turn ideas into actions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the go-to Salesforce expert, sharing knowledge and working closely with clients and internal stakeholders for immediate feedback and alignment.
