SMB AE: £55-65k + uncapped commission

Mid-Market AE: £65-80k + uncapped commission

UK-based | Hybrid (Staines office, client site & home working) – 3 days a week in Staines office required.

The Role

We're hiring two Account Executives to drive new business within the UK construction sector.

SMB Account Executive

  • New Business - strong inbound lead flow, but must be proactive in pipeline generation.
  • Selling to subcontractors
  • Sales cycle: 7-21 days – fast-moving, high-volume deals.
  • Full sales cycle management.
  • Ideal for someone with tech sales experience who has been ramped up for closing but may not have held a closing role yet as well as those with SMB closing experience.
  • Must have construction tech sales experience.

Mid-Market Account Executive

  • New Business – requires strong outbound hunting skills.
  • Selling to construction firms and M&E contractors with an average deal size of £10-25k.
  • Sales cycle: 30-60 days – consultative, multi-stakeholder sales process.
  • Must have experience in construction tech sales and a strong network in the industry.

  • Construction Tech Sales Experience – You must have sold into the construction sector and understand the buying personas in this space.
  • Proven Sales Track Record – Whether it's high-volume SMB deals or complex mid-market sales, you know how to win.
  • Pipeline Generation Skills – both require proactive prospecting.
  • Consultative Sales Approach – Ability to sell value, not just features, and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong Network Preferred – Connections in construction, M&E, or subcontractors are a major advantage.
