We are going through an exciting growth phase and are looking to add EXCEPTIONAL and AMBITIOUS individuals to our team and lead from the front.


The Role


We are seeking a Solutions-Focused Client Account Manager to join our team.


This role offers a unique opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and take ownership of our Insurance Practice, driving the development of key relationships across both new and existing clients. In addition to managing accounts and relationships, you will have the chance to build out the Insurance practice area, and hire to support the business growth and contribute directly to Albany Beck’s growth strategy.


This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role that blends client engagement with leadership and strategy.


Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across insurance, or public sectors.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and ensuring Albany Beck delivers effective solutions.

Practice Ownership:

  • Take ownership of your practice area, driving its success and expansion.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to support client delivery and growth objectives.

Solution Delivery:

  • Partner with clients to identify and implement tailored solutions for their key projects.
  • Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure projects are executed on time and deliver measurable outcomes.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to expand Albany Beck’s footprint within your accounts and practice area.
  • Develop and execute strategies for client growth and satisfaction.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication at all times.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor project success through KPIs and client feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in delivery.

Experience:

  • Proven success in client-facing account management, ideally within insurance or public sectors.
  • Proven experience in building and managing a pipeline of client opportunities
  • Proven expertise engaging with our internal Subject Matter Experts and Delivery Teams to create bespoke solutions for clients
  • Manage and win business through statements of work (SoW).
