What you’ll be doing as a Head Chef:

Preparing high quality food for customers quickly and efficiently
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
Taking responsibility for stock, ordering, and GP
Overseeing day to day kitchen operations in a proactive and hands-on way
Leading a team of chefs and KPs, coaching and mentoring as necessary
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Following proper food handling procedures and food safety regulations
