Responsive repairs supervisor

Cornwall

Permanent Role, 8am-5pm, with a salary of £36-38k + van and fuel card

The Company:

Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment – from executive to operative level.

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing provider, who are looking for Responsive Repairs Supervisors.

Day to Day:

  • Managing trades on site completing repairs and refurbishment projects
  • Surveying properties and identifying works to be completed
  • Updating excel spreadsheets, in house CRM and sending emails
  • Tenant and end client updates
  • H&S, Risk assessments
  • Split of office based and site based work

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Expeirenced Supervisor in Construction or Refurb
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent required
  • Trade background essential
  • Experience of refurbishment projects essential
  • Strong people management skills
  • SMSTS or SSSTS would be beneficial
  • Must be IT literate
