With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with amaintenance and refurbishment contractor, who are looking forSupervisors to join them on a permanent basis in Cornwall.
Managing trades on site completing repairs and refurbishment projects
Surveying properties and identifying works to be completed
Updating excel spreadsheets, in house CRM and sending emails
H&S, Risk assessments
Split of office based and site based work
Experience of refurbishment projects essential
Strong people management skills
SMSTS or SSSTS would be beneficial
Holiday pay
Bank holidays off
Van and fuel card provided by the company
