Repairs Supervisor

Permanent Role, 8am-5pm, with a salary of £36-38k + van and fuel card
Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment – from executive to operative level.
With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing provider , who are looking for Responsive Repairs Supervisors.
Managing trades on site completing repairs and refurbishment projects
Surveying properties and identifying works to be completed
Updating excel spreadsheets, in house CRM and sending emails
H&S, Risk assessments
Split of office based and site based work
NVQ level 3 or equivalent required
Experience of refurbishment projects essential
Strong people management skills
SMSTS or SSSTS would be beneficial
Holiday pay
Bank holidays off
Van and fuel card provided by the company
