From design stage to the installation and the ongoing maintenance of facilities thereafter, their valued and highly skilled workforce provide clients with an efficient, reliable and best in class service.


Due to continued growth, they are looking to grow their design team and are on the hunt for a BIM Coordinator.


What you'll be doing:


  • Modelling, drawing and coordinating, mechanical and electrical designs, to ensure projects can be constructed with little or no rework once the site team commence work.
  • Attendance on weekly internal model and design team meetings and project BIM meetings with the main contractors.
  • Ensuring the latest models, drawings and designs from all other stakeholders are being used and notifying engineers and site team of any changes to these models or drawings.
  • Generating revit models from the senior engineers outputs (sketches / hevacomp / cymap / DIALux / Relux).
  • Creation of revit families where manufactures files are not available.
  • Model Skids & Modules to allow offsite to manufacture and deliver to site.
  • Manage clash reporting and clash resolution between disciplines.
  • Maintain ACC / BIM360 cloud Models & reporting.
  • Provide technical assistance to project team where required while project is ongoing.
  • Integration of Cloud Point Surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with all project BIM documentation.
  • Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.


What we are looking for:


  • Previous Revit MEP experience in the construction / building services field
  • Relevant qualification in BIM or Mechanical or Electrical engineering is beneficial
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and timely manner (in person and over email)
