About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our Design team at King and Moffatt Building Services. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Modelling and Coordinating: You will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models, drawings, and designs to ensure that projects can be constructed with minimal rework.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with our design team, engineers, and site teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of changes to models and drawings.
  • Clash Detection and Resolution: You will identify and resolve clashes between different disciplines to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Model Management: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our ACC/BIM360 cloud models and reporting.
  • Technical Assistance: You will provide technical support to our project teams as needed.
  • Integration of Cloud Point Surveys: You will integrate cloud point surveys into our models to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Compliance and Quality: You will ensure that all project BIM documentation is compliant with our company's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have previous experience working with Revit MEP in the construction/building services field.
  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in BIM or Mechanical/Electrical engineering is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
