Role: Business Development Representative
Salary: £35,000 basic + £17,500 commission OTE Y1
Location: London Based (Angel) 3-4 days in the office
This company are at the top of their game & there is currently no one else in the space that they are operating in. We are on the hunt for 4 Business Development Representatives to join a brand new Venatrix client. With an offer based in Angel, we are looking for people to go into the office 3-4 days a week. The company are creating a collaborative, supportive environment where it is really important you want to build and contribute to the culture.
In the space fo 4 months the company went through their Series A and B funding, showing you just a snippet of what the future is going to look like for them. They were even invested in by Salesforce and have an exciting partnership with them. They have grown to having 140 people in the company with offices in London, USA & Australia.
In January they hired a Business Development Leader who is passionate about training and developing BDR talent. He has created an onboarding process to ensure you have the tools and support you need to be successful. He also runs regular incentives & friendly competitions in the office to get the team working together to make sure they hit target.
