**Business Development Representative - On Offer**
- £30k-£40k DOE
- + Half OTE
- Clear Progression to AE (6 Months)
- WFH Flexibility

**Business Development Representative - The Role**

The role of a business development representative is to generate new business opportunities and find new leads through a variety of methods such as social selling, cold calling, and networking. You will act as a liaison between businesses and the sales team.

Day to day:

- Researching untapped markets and new channels
- Creating lead generation
- Building a list of potential clients
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients
- Identify client needs
- Set up client meetings
- 1-year BDR or 360 Recruitment experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstration of ambition, drive, and motivation
- The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a strong work ethic
- Naturally inquisitive, a willingness to learn and become an expert
- Ability to form long-lasted relationships
- Hungry to build a long-lasting career, continuously wanting to develop
