Join our dynamic team as ITSM Administrator for Asendia Group. Your role involves planning, developing, coordinating, managing and implementing the technical pipeline for the Group ITSM tool. In charge of the roll out across all entities of Asendia, you will conduct the change, educate, provide training and support the key users. Your expertise will be expanded to administrate and configure any other Group IT tools.


Your Tasks

  • Be the owner of the group ITSM tool – Easy Vista, Administer, configure, and maintain the ITSM platform to support the ITSM processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to the Asendia business needs.
  • Implement and maintain ITSM modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management, Configuration Management etc.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Lead the Group ITSM Forum.
  • Provide user training and support for the EasyVista tool and ITSM processes.
  • Monitor System performance, provide updates and continual service improvements to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Administrate, configure and develop capabilities on other group tools: Sharepoint, Jira, Zendesk
  • Support users at the group level


Your Profile

  • Solid experience of administering the EasyVista and other tools – Sharepoint, Zendesk, Jira other ITSM tools
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java Script, PowerShell or Python.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL queries.
  • IT Service Management knowledge (ITIL, COBIT etc.)
  • Background of development
  • Demonstrated resilience, ability to manage yourself and motivate others. Act as a role model for your team and peers.
  • You are a self-motivated, persistent, and flexible person with the capacity to listen and understand customers’ requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
