My client in Bristol is looking for a skilled Service Desk Manager to oversee their IT support operations. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing IT service desks who is ready to take on the challenge of leading a dedicated team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services across the organization, driving process improvements, and enhancing user satisfaction. The Service Desk Manager Role:

Service Desk Manager Essential Skills:
- Significant experience managing a service desk or IT support team.
- Previous experience working within an MSP. (Advantageous)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
