We're looking to expand our fantastic team on the PPP project. You'll be responsible for managing a broad team who will manage construction delivery through to field delivery and execution. You will have multiple interfaces with a variety of functions such as QHSE, Commercial and HR and you'll be developing policies and procedures (and new ideas) to ensure increased efficiencies and cost savings in the field construction delivery.


With a proven track record ideally in a senior nuclear/highly regulated construction role as a principal/tier 1 contractor, you'll possess well developed communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a large team. You'll enjoy the challenge of constructability and buildability and you'll positively encourage innovative and creative ideas/solutions and most important of all you'll be able to maintain our world class approach to HSE. You may have the APM or MCIOB qualification, but certainly you'll have an engineering/construction qualification. EPC/NEC knowledge/experience is also useful.
