The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about driving change in the public sector? This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading experts in Strategy & Transformation, delivering impactful projects that shape the future of Defence & Security. You will work on complex and high-profile initiatives, ensuring strategic solutions drive efficiency and effectiveness.
The Role:
As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in advising and supporting Defence & Security clients in strategic decision-making and transformation efforts. You will:
• Lead strategy and transformation projects, ensuring successful outcome
• Conduct thorough research and data analysis to inform decision-making
• Design and facilitate engaging stakeholder workshops and discussions
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering collaboration and growth
• Support business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client engagement
Essential Requirements:
• Active DV Clearance is essential
• Experience in strategy, consulting, or Defence & Security
• Strong communication and project management skill
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of handling evolving challenges
• Ability to build and manage strong stakeholder relationships at all level
• Previous experience working in public sector transformation or defence-related projects is advantageous
