Talent Acquisition Lead Supervisor – German Speaking


We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to join as a Supervisor in our newly created Talent Acquisition delivery team which is part of our global Centre of Excellence (COE) team.


This role is full time, based in the UK at Stanford Le Hope office CM24 8QJ.


In this leadership role, you will lead the Professional Recruitment Team across the UK and Germany, partner with hiring managers and department leaders to develop and execute strategies to source, engage, and hire top talent across the country and beyond.

What you’ll do:


  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals in the UK and Germany, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Drive initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance recruitment processes. Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Establish standards and practices that promote a positive employer brand.
  • Data and Analytics: Oversee the collection and analysis of recruitment metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Develop strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce that reflects the company’s values and goals.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.


What You Will Bring


  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team,
  • You must be fluent in German and English both written and verbal,
  • Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, and offers. Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using sourcing tools, Workday, data management/reporting tools, and workplace collaboration tools.
  • Partnership Skills: Enthusiastic and confident in partnering with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process.
  • Passion for Innovation: A strong passion for leveraging technology and innovation to drive recruitment efficiency and secure high-quality hires.
