The successful incumbent will work in partnership with clients, 3rd parties and the wider BNP Paribas network to review service levels and identify ways of enhancing service delivery and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a high-quality service that meets the current Service Level Agreements.
Adherence to compliance, operational and regulatory requirements in day-to-day functions.
Maintain effective communication with both internal and external clients.

Provide support and assistance on ad-hoc projects to progress shared business goals.
Evaluate and analyse risk within the area, minimising exposure to errors and losses.
Essential Requirements:
A good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Word.
An understanding of the relevant operational areas.
The ability to understand complex subjects.
A minimum of 3 years securities experience in a similar environment.
Good knowledge of corporate actions.
