Role Type: 12+ Months Contract

Position: Onsite

IO Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate key projects within in the aerospace industry. The company is a major player in the aviation industry, specializing in the design, manufacture, and delivery of commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, and space systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project success, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate project teams to meet performance and quality targets.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate workshops and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage project issues and risks, escalating when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a preference for candidates holding a Prince2 certification.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, including Workday and SAP, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Google Applications is also preferred.
  • Experience managing the implementation of a payroll system.
