Lead Project Engineer – Systems Delivery

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer with engineering leadership experience to join a rapidly growing company in a highly varied and interesting role where you can progress your career.



This globally recognised Marine Engineering company provide specialist infrastructure and technology services and are listed on the UK stock market. They are growing exponentially and through this growth are looking to add a Lead Project Engineer to their Systems Delivery team.



In this role you will be responsible for line managing Project Engineers and supporting, executing, managing, and coordinating a wide range of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid working role with two to three days a week required on site.



The ideal candidate will be a Project Engineer that has experience managing a small team of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineers.

The Role:

*Management of a small team of Project Engineers

*Support and oversea the end-to-end execution of multidisciplinary engineering projects

*Lead, ensure seamless integration and provide technical guidance across civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering domains and project designs

*Hybrid working, 2 to 3 days per week in the office



The Person:

*Experience in a project engineering leadership role

*Experience with Civil, Mechanical, and electrical systems design, integration, commissioning, and validation

*Proven record of successfully delivering multidisciplinary projects on time and within budget

*Familiarity with MS Project, CAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, RF Testing beneficial

*Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
