As Digital Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy encompassing paid advertising and search engine optimisation (SEO) to enhance the online presence and performance of the business.


You will collaborate closely with members of the senior executive team, particularly the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, within the commercial structure for day-to-day operations.


The role:

  • Develop and spearhead the implementation of a comprehensive paid digital and SEO strategy tailored for online retail sales
  • Oversee the day to day management of digital agencies at channel level in collaboration with the CMO
  • Managing SEO, PPC, Display advertising, PMAX, Paid Social, SMS & WhatsApp marketing, and affiliate marketing channels
  • Perform market research to analyse current industry trends and pinpoint potential growth opportunities


You will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar Performance Marketing role
  • Detailed understanding of new and existing digital models, platforms and technologies with a keen eye for emerging trends
  • Extensive experience in executing a paid digital strategy
  • Excellent analytical skills with a key commercial focus
