Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting top talent to clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions.
  • Engage and support candidates throughout the hiring process, offering guidance and coaching.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass performance targets, driving the company's growth and success.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and enhance overall team effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, ideally within one of our core markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong client relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and technology.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.
