As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Interviewing and registering suitable candidates for permanent positions in the construction sector.
  • Ensuring all candidates undergo a best-in-class recruitment experience.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver results.
  • Developing and nurturing new client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with our team to share best practices and improve recruitment processes.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Experience in recruitment within the construction sector, preferably in a 360 consultant role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Able to manage and develop existing client accounts to drive business growth.
  • Excellent written skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality recruitment materials.
