Your Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Client Side: Build new client relationships and manage existing ones. Collaborate with clients to meet their recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Side: Source top candidates using various tools and your own network, ensuring a good match with client requirements.
  • Full Recruitment Cycle: From client meetings to placing candidates, you’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, particularly in Data Analysis, Software Development, DevOps & Cloud, or Cyber Security.
  • Proven ability in client development, business development, and recruitment delivery.
