Technical Account Manager - EMEA
Location: London, UK (Hybrid with Travel)

Role Overview: The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless implementation, product adoption, and ongoing client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on platform capabilities, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Support customers through pre-sales and post-sales processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to address customer needs and enhance service offerings.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, proactively minimising downtime and disruptions.
- Develop strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
- Deliver training and onboarding sessions for new clients to maximise product adoption.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to provide strategic guidance.
- Document technical solutions, best practices, and client feedback to improve service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, trade surveillance, and regulatory compliance.
- Technical expertise in software solutions, APIs, system integrations, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working within the EMEA region with knowledge of local financial market regulations preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
